Several Chester businesses are in the running for 'coveted' awards.

Muddy Stilettos has revealed the finalists of its 2025 Cheshire Muddy Awards.

Voted for by local residents, the awards aim to celebrate 'independent lifestyle businesses'.

Five finalists have been named in each of the 21 categories, with the Cheshire winners then being put forward for the 'Best of the Best' National Muddy Awards.

A spokesperson for the awards said: "We wish every brilliant business nominated could make it through, but there can only be five finalists in each category, and now the Muddy readers will vote for who should win the coveted Cheshire Award."

Chester is well represented, with the likes of Storyhouse, Oddfellows Chester, Chester Zoo, and Twenty Eight up for awards.
