The Padel Club is set to open a new venue at Minerva House in Chester West Employment Park.

Located around 1.5 miles from Chester city centre, the 37,500 sq ft former industrial unit will be redeveloped into a major new padel facility featuring ten competition courts and a dedicated singles court.

Property consultancy Legat Owen has completed the letting of Minerva House to The Padel Club as part of the company's continued national expansion.

The Padel Club currently operates sites in Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Manchester and Wilmslow, with Chester among nine additional locations planned across the UK.

Kristopher Ball, founder & CEO, The Padel Club, said: "This new facility reflects our ambition to make padel more accessible across the UK, providing a high-quality environment for players of all abilities while creating a vibrant social hub for the local community.

"Chester is a fantastic location for our next phase of growth, and we look forward to becoming part of the city's expanding leisure landscape."

Rupert Chadwick-Dunbar, Senior Chartered Surveyor at Legat Owen, added: "The property's scale, configuration and strategic location made it a compelling option for their continued expansion.
