Free dance workshop coming to Grosvenor Park this month

A free dance workshop will take place in Grosvenor Park this month as part of a month-long campaign to get people moving across the borough.
Led by Cheshire Dance, the event will take place during Chester's Community Family Fun Day.
The workshop is suitable for all abilities and will take place at Grosvenor Park from 1pm to 2pm on 30 July.
It will be in the open air in the centre of the park and is accessible to people using wheelchairs. No booking is necessary.
"We're so excited to announce the dance workshop as part of this year's Joyful Movement campaign," said Cllr Lisa Denson.
"It's a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together – no matter what your ability – learn a new dance and have a giggle doing it."
The campaign is organised by the Eat Well Be Active partnership, which includes Cheshire West and Chester Council, Active Cheshire, the NHS, Brio Leisure, the School Sports Partnership, Her-Place Charitable Trust, Fallen Angels, the Mersey Forest and more.
During July, partners are sharing photos and videos of people enjoying moving – whether it is a gentle stroll, Tai Chi, pushing grandchildren on the swings or even ice skating.
Adam Holloway from Cheshire Dance said: "We're delighted to join many organisations in support of the Joyful Movement campaign.
"We've been promoting the joy of dance and movement in Cheshire for nearly 50 years so this is right up our street.
"We welcome everybody in our dance sessions and aim to ensure everyone leaves feeling energised, having had lots of fun joining in with others, whatever your past experiences of dance might have been.
"For some it'll be the first time you've taken part in something like this. You won't regret it, come join us."
Jessica Conner, event organiser from Healthbox, said: "We're thrilled to be bringing a Joyful Movement dance workshop to this year's Community Family Fun Day in Chester.
"It's such a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to come together, have fun and feel the joy that movement can bring.
"A huge thank you to Cheshire Dance for leading the workshop – we can't wait to see everyone getting involved and enjoying themselves."
