A former petrol station on Liverpool road is now up for sale.
Last occupied in 2011, the site on 23 Liverpool Road previously operated as a Shell petrol station and has since been remediated from its former use.
Currently being listed by commercial property consultancy Legat Owen, the site measures approximately 0.25 acres, and comprises of a three-storey detached Victorian villa alongside a large yard area.
Legat Owen has also described the condition of building as "requiring comprehensive refurbishment throughout".

Featuring a generous plot, the upper floors of the three-storey building provide two large self-contained residential apartments with separate access. The villa's second-floor apartment is accessed via an external staircase, which is located within the adjoining property.
Given its previous use, the site also boasts a large car park with huge potential for redevelopment.
Located on Liverpool Road, the property occupies a highly accessible location close to the Fountains roundabout and within easy walking distance of Chester city centre.
Legat Owen said: "23 Liverpool Road presents an exceptional and rare opportunity to acquire a prominent freehold site in one of Chester's most sought-after and strategically connected locations.
"Offering significant redevelopment potential (subject to the necessary planning consents), the property is suited to a wide range of future uses including residential, commercial or mixed use."
