Police have released CCTV after a Watergate Street charity shop was vandalised late last year.

At around 11.40pm on Saturday 13 December 2025, police received reports of criminal damage at a Cancer Research store on Watergate Street. It was reported that a man had smashed the window.

Enquiries have been ongoing since the incident, with officers trying to trace the individual.

Cheshire Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to, as they believe he may hold vital information.

PC Kasia Hunter said:"We have conducted a number of enquiries into what happened and we are now at the stage where we are releasing an image of a man we would like to speak to.

"Anyone who recognises the man pictured should contact us on 101 or by visiting www.cheshire.police.uk/tell-us, quoting 25001018380.

"We would also urge the man in the image to get in touch with us."
