A local wine merchant is celebrating ten years since opening in Chester.

Tanners Wines is an independent and family-owned wine merchant which stocks more than 1000 wines and spirits at its Chester branch - many from small, family-run estates.

To mark its ten year anniversary, the team will be opening a selection of wines to taste on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 September.

The public are invited to join the Tanners team in raising a complimentary glass of fizz.

Celebrations will take place on Friday 26 September from 1-6pm and Saturday 27 September from 10am-5pm

Housed in an iconic Art Deco building on Christleton Road in Boughton, the space was transformed by Tanners in 2015 to blend the glamour of the Art Deco era with the heritage of the 180-year-old firm.

The independent wine merchant also offers local delivery, tastings and a wealth of wine knowledge.
