A private wellness clinic in Chester has been recognised at this year's Chester BID Customer Service Awards.

Celebrated for its dedication to outstanding client experiences, Northgate Street's Your Chester Spa was recently crowned 'Best Health & Beauty Services' at the annual award ceremony.

Held at The Guild on Watergate Street, the Chester BID Customer Service Awards celebrate the businesses and individuals who go above and beyond to make Chester such a welcoming place to visit.

Your Cheshire Spa offers a range of wellbeing experiences, including massages, facials, advanced skincare treatments and hydrotherapy facilities.

The doctor-led business has created a model designed not just to treat illness, but to actively support people in living more balanced lives. With a focus on personalised care, the team strives to ensure every guest feels valued and looked after from the moment they arrive.

A key part of the model is its integrated spa environment, which includes a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, dry floatation experiences and relaxation spaces, alongside VR-led meditation.

The Chester BID Customer Service Awards are shaped by customers. Businesses are initially recognised through public voting, with finalists subsequently assessed through independent mystery shopping.

Two other Northgate Street businesses also enjoyed success on the night, with French restaurant Chez Jules named Best Restaurant, and independent café Marmalade taking home the award for Best Coffee Shop/Café.
