The Deva Tap is hosting its open mic night this Thursday (10 July).

Kicking off at 7pm this week at the Brook Street pub, the event takes place every second Thursday of the month.

With a free drink for every performer provided, budding musicians are encouraged to take part. Professional sound equipment is also provided, with the Deva Tap providing the amp, speakers and mics.

All you have to do is turn up with your instruments or backing track, put on a good show and "enjoy the evening'.

For those simply looking to enjoy an evening of live music, food will be served from until 8:30pm with a wide range of specialist beers from independent breweries also on offer.

The Deva Tap prides itself on offering a variety of gluten-free and vegan options, as well as being a dog-friendly venue.
