Police issue appeal to trace wanted man from Chester

Patrick McCaffrey is wanted by Cheshire Police for fraud offences.
He is originally from the Stoke on Trent area, with links to South America, Dubai, Africa and the USA.
McCaffrey is described as white, 5'7" tall, of proportionate build, with blue eyes.
