Piccolino Chester will reopen its doors next week following a refurbishment.

The city-centre restaurant temporarily closed earlier this month and is set to welcome guests back on Wednesday 22 April.

The revamped venue introduces a refreshed look for the Piccolino brand, with Chester becoming the first location to showcase the updated design.

Its new interior features warm neutral tones, natural wood, terracotta accents and woven textures, creating a more relaxed and contemporary dining space.

The reopening also marks the start of a new chapter for the Italian restaurant group, which has built its reputation over more than 25 years on traditional hospitality and classic dishes.

"Chester is a very special moment for us," said Toni Dennan, Piccolino sales and marketing director.

"We've taken everything that defines Piccolino, the warmth, the energy, the sense of connection, and gently evolved it for how people want to dine today."

Alongside the redesign, diners can expect an updated drinks menu, including a range of spritzes and seasonal cocktails aimed at summer evenings.

Food highlights include the Lasagne al Wagyu, made with slow-cooked wagyu beef, truffle béchamel and fresh basil, alongside a selection of pizzas, pasta dishes and meat cuts.

General manager Cosimo Armenio said: "Guests can expect the same warm, friendly hospitality they know and love, now in a space that feels even more welcoming and special.

"We can't wait to open our doors again and greet our loyal regulars and new guests."
