Liverpool-based restaurant chain, Maray, is gearing up to launch its Chester site next week.
Opening on December 1, the restaurant is hosting a 50% off soft launch until December 4. With the first few days already fully booked, the team has described the 'overwhelming' response to the Chester opening.
Having first launched on Bold Street 11 years ago, the Chester restaurant will be Maray's fourth site, with other venues in Liverpool and Manchester.
Describing Chester as a city it has 'long admired', the chain recently signed a 15-year lease at Chester Northgate - formerly home to North Light, a Chester bar and restaurant which closed suddenly at the start of this year.
Ahead of the upcoming launch, Maray has also teamed up with local deli Kookaburra, 'to make an utterly delicious one-off special.'
The baked pistachio tart with pistachio baked custard, roasted kunafa & rich chocolate ganache is available this weekend exclusively at Kookaburra Bakehouse.
A spokesperson for Maray said: "It's such an exciting time and we simply can not wait to be a part of the Chester community.
"Guests can expect the same warm welcome, incredible food and top-notch drinks list that they experience at our other sites in Liverpool and Manchester.
"They can also expect an exciting new concept coming early next year - we're holding our cards close to our chest for now but all will be revealed in due course!"
