Man, 22, charged with knife offences after Chester incident

A 22-year-old man has been charged with weapons offences following an incident in Chester.
At around 9.50pm on Thursday 23 July, Owen O'Sullivan was arrested in the Christleton Road area of Chester.
O'Sullivan, of Christleton Road, has since been charged with possession of a knife in a public place and using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause alarm.
He appeared at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Saturday 25 July, where he was released on bail.
O'Sullivan is due to appear at the same court on Tuesday 11 August.
