Chester city centre to gain 20,000 sq ft of modern workspace

A Chester city centre office building is set to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment, providing 20,000 sq ft of workspace across four floors.

The District Estates has announced the comprehensive refurbishment of Nicholas House, an office building located on Nicholas Street, Chester. 

Occupying a prominent position overlooking Chester Racecourse and situated on one of the city's key arterial routes, Nicholas House is undergoing a full transformation to create modern and energy-efficient office accommodation.

Once complete in Spring 2026, the refurbishment will feature a feature reception, new air conditioning and high-speed connectivity - alongside secure on-site parking and easy access to city centre amenities.

Suites will start from 4,800 sq ft.

Marketed by joint agents Legat Owen and BA Commercial, it is the only building in Chester city centre offering flexible floor plates of this size.
