Phase one of a £38m transformation of former Chester banking offices is well underway, set to deliver its first set of apartments this April.

Located just off Charterhall Drive, the former Lloyds offices are being converted into a new luxury rental development called 'All Six House Chester'.

The site contains two former office buildings, Chester's Tower House and Charterhall House.

The development is currently in phase one of construction on Tower House, the smaller of the two buildings, delivering a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, totalling 77 units.

It is expected that this first release of apartments will be available from early April.

The second phase, which has not yet started, will be located in Charterhall House and will deliver a further 96 apartments.

Nub News first reported that Developer Blueoak Estates submitted plans to Cheshire West and Chester Council in October 2024, with approvals granted in March the following year.

LEEF Property Group has confirmed the development is open for viewings, with the show apartment now available to view.

A spokesperson for LEEF Property Group said: "All Chester is now open for viewings, with the show apartment available to view from 1 December.

"The development will feature a residents-only gym, two private cinema rooms, and flexible co-working spaces, complemented by a seven-day on-site management service - setting a new standard of living in Chester."

"The development is currently in Phase 1 of construction, with the first release of 40 apartments expected to be available for occupation from late April.

"Appointments can be booked either via Rightmove or by contacting us directly at [email protected]."
