The £38m transformation of former Chester banking offices is making progress, with premium apartments now being listed online.

Located just off Charterhall Drive, Chester's Tower House and Charterhall House, former Lloyds offices, are being converted into 176 high-end apartments in a development coined 'All Six House Chester'.

With the first residents set to move in this year, developer Blueoak Estates first submitted plans to Cheshire West and Chester Council in October 2024, with approvals granted in March the following year.

Plans sought to transform the two 1970s office blocks known as the 'Lloyds Buildings', to create a 'luxury rental development' just 250 metres from Chester train station.

The site contains two vacant office buildings, together with associated landscaping and a total of 122 car parking spaces.

With a floorspace of 60,000 sq ft, the seven-storey Charterhall House is the larger of the two, whereas Tower House offers 45,000 sq ft.

Offering a mix of one and two-bedroom luxury apartments, the landmark development will feature an on-site concierge, gym, cinema room, and on site parking - at an additional cost.

The listing, however, does state that not all amenities will be available until phase two of the development has been completed, which is set for next year.

Prior to recent development, the site had been empty since 2019, covered in graffiti with multiple smashed windows.

Designed by PAD Architects, LEEF Property Group is marketing and renting the apartments, with two-bedroom apartments currently being listed at £1,400 per month.

LEEF has described the properties as "the ideal combination of luxury, location and lifestyle".

The company has added: "All Six House isn't just another development – it's a statement.

"It's about raising expectations of what renting in Chester should look like: modern, flexible, community-driven, and full of lifestyle perks.

"At Leef Properties, we're committed to redefining rental living, and with All Six House Chester, Cheshire is about to take a bold step forward."
