A Chester restaurateur known for Guroma and Poke Bowl in the city centre has opened his third venue.

Wise Guy Slices, Shaf Sharif's latest venture, is a new pizza slice trailer serving authentic New York-style slices at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet.

Housed in an eye-catching Airstream-style trailer, Wise Guy Slices is located opposite Barbour and serves made-to-order pizza slices, with prices starting from £3.70.

The trailer is currently the only pizza slice outlet at Cheshire Oaks, with a menu featuring classics including Margherita, Pepperoni and Meat Feast, alongside a rotating Special Slice.

Customers can also choose from a selection of sauces, with all items halal.

The new opening has created jobs for people from the Chester and Ellesmere Port community, while Cheshire Oaks staff can benefit from an exclusive discount.

Shaf Sharif, founder of Wise Guy Slices, said the new venture marks an exciting next step after the success of his Chester city centre businesses, launched with the support of his wife, Lydia.

He said: "We know what a big opportunity it is to be at one of the largest shopping centres in the UK, and we're so excited to be opening in time for the summer holidays.

"We wanted to bring something accessible for everyone - cheap enough for families and workers, and quick enough to grab and eat on the go while you shop.

"This is a new chapter for us after Guroma and Poke Bowl, and we can't wait for people to try it."

Wise Guy Slices opened on Monday 13 July at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet and is open daily from 11am to 8pm.

The launch follows the success of Shaf's existing Chester venues, with plans to expand the menu further as the new pizza trailer settles into its new home.
