A Chester eatery which opened last year has been listed in the Michelin Guide for 2026.
Having opened its doors on Bridge Street last October, Restaurant Noted uses seasonal produce to celebrate the best of British farming, "with an international twist."
Headed by chef and restaurateur Andrew Sheridan, the restaurant has now been listed in the Michelin Guide 2026.
Announcing the news, he said: "We are so proud to announce that we've been listed in the Michelin Guide for 2026. Thank you so much to all the team for their hard work, effort and care you give every single day to make Noted what it is."
The venue has just six tables, offering an intimate dining experience designed for sharing.
Featuring a menu designed for "sharing or equally solo diners," guests at Noted can enjoy dishes made with "international inspiration and creative techniques."
Sheridan, who's first professional kitchen role was in Chester, has brought his fine-dining experience back to the city. He first trained at the ABode Hotel, before gaining national recognition with appearances on BBC Two's Great British Menu in 2018 and 2019.
Noted is part of the Open Restaurant Group (ORG), led by Sheridan with directors Sam and Emma Morgan. The group now operates eight sites across the UK, with Chester marking a special homecoming for the chef.
The restaurant's arrival followed the closure of Da Noi in October 2025, whose co-owners stepped back to focus on other local ventures, including Augusto Pizzeria and Krum Gelato.
