They have an emphasis on sustainability which has at the forefront of their builds. Due to thriving in the current market they have opened a new division which is exceeding targets and therefore are looking for an additional Technical Coordinator to join the team.In this role you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants and sub contracts. You will procure utility packages, oversee NHBC and building regulation applications and handle any onsite issues. The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.The ideal candidate with have technical experience, preferably more engineering bias, working in the residential sector looking to join a medium size housebuilder who have a clear 5 year growth plan to double turnover.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good technical knowledge to take the next step in their career in a brand new position and progress your career.The Role
