This role will be central to the launch, with full ownership of how the service is delivered and how operatives experience it day to day. • Ownership of the delivery of the new self-assessment tax service, from set-up to day-to-day running

• System implementation: design and manage efficient workflows, leveraging off-the-shelf software for submissions

• Data integration: build on existing payroll data (already covers 50% of whats needed) and manage additional data collection

• Operational oversight: identify admin needs and work with third party partners if outsourcing is required

• Compliance assurance: ensure all HMRC submissions are accurate, timely, and error free

• Input into growth: support senior leaders with ideas for marketing and ongoing development of the service

• Customer experience: champion outstanding service, understanding that personality and empathy matter just as much as accuracy
