Oracle EPM Cloud Reporting & Planning Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM resource based in the UK. The role is predominantly remote, though occasional travel to Birmingham and London may be required.

The RoleThe consultant will provide functional and technical expertise to support enterprise performance management activities including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting. Key responsibilities include:

Administration and support of Oracle EPBCS applications (metadata updates, data loads, security provisioning, etc.)

Troubleshooting and developing EPM Reports and Smart View templates

Identifying and resolving discrepancies between EPM reports and source financial systems

Managing EPM Automate
-
Maintaining business rules, scripts, and calculation logic
-
Engaging with key stakeholders, including the client team, incumbent support personnel, and technical teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting processes

Critical thinking and attention to detail
Experience & Skills Required:
-
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS, or 8+ years with Oracle PBCS
-
Familiarity with EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, CapEx, Projects)

3-5 years working with Data Management, Data Exchange, or FDMEE/FDM

Strong experience with Oracle Smart View and Cloud EPM Reports

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ()

Operational support experience (Incident, Problem, and Request Management)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Exposure to other Oracle Cloud EPM modules: Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, EDM, PCM, FreeForm, etc.

Experience advising clients both functionally and technically

Prior involvement in EPBCS/PBCS implementations

Experience with Hyperion Planning modules (Workforce, CapEx)

ITIL v4 Foundation certification
