Due to growth and a few recent team changes, theres now an urgent need for skilled engineers to service and maintain building management systems across the South. Youll be given a dedicated patch within 40 miles of home, reducing travel time and giving you a great work-life balance.What Youll Be DoingService, test, and calibrate BMS products and control elements (sensors, valves, dampers, etc.)Operate, interrogate, and fault-find on BMS control panels & software (including DDC controls)Diagnose and repair panels, instrumentation, actuators, and associated plantPerform controller changes, control panel modifications, and small upgradesCarry out plant and control condition surveysPrepare accurate maintenance and survey reportsLiaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and service qualityWhat Were Looking ForMust-Haves:2+ years experience in BMS servicing on at least one of: Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or TridiumStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsConfident working independently and on client sitesNice-to-Haves:Niagara or IQ Vision experienceMulti-system knowledge across BMS platformsWhy Join Us?Competitive Salary: £50K£60K DOECompany Car: BMW 330e hybridAnnual Bonus: Based on team performance£5/day lunch allowance25 days holiday + bank holidaysGym membership & cycle-to-work schemeAdditional earnings from project successOvertime available at 1.5x rateMinimal on-call requirementJBRP1_UKTJ
