Trainee Care Supervisor Chester We re currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Trainee Care Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on care delivery with office-based compliance tasks, giving you valuable experience to develop. You ll be supporting our customers across Cheshire West and Flintshire, and working alongside a professional and supportive team that values high standards and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
- Support, guide, and mentor new care staff to uphold best practices
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and care standards
- Maintain accurate records including care plans and compliance documentation
- Work collaboratively with the management team to support day-to-day operations
- Driving: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Availability: Able to commit to alternate weekends
- Experience: Previous homecare experience, ideally with some responsibility or senior exposure
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a natural ability to guide and support others
- Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC and or CIW regulations and care quality standards
- Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, friendly and proactive
- Pay rate: £25,000 - £27,000
- Additional pay for on-call responsibilities
- Travel reimbursement at 40p per mile
