Trainee Care Supervisor Chester We re currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Trainee Care Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on care delivery with office-based compliance tasks, giving you valuable experience to develop. You ll be supporting our customers across Cheshire West and Flintshire, and working alongside a professional and supportive team that values high standards and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
• Support, guide, and mentor new care staff to uphold best practices
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and care standards
• Maintain accurate records including care plans and compliance documentation
• Work collaboratively with the management team to support day-to-day operations

What We re Looking For:

• Driving: Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Availability: Able to commit to alternate weekends
• Experience: Previous homecare experience, ideally with some responsibility or senior exposure
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a natural ability to guide and support others
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CQC and or CIW regulations and care quality standards
• Attributes: Compassionate, dependable, friendly and proactive

What We Offer:

• Pay rate: £25,000 - £27,000
• Additional pay for on-call responsibilities
• Travel reimbursement at 40p per mile
