We are excited to be seeking a passionate and committed Registered Manager to lead our brand new 4 bedded Children's home in Winsford. This is a great opportunity for an innovative manager to guide a team to provide on outstanding, responsive and nurturing home for autistic children. The home will be designed to fit around the needs of the young person- rather than the young person being expected to fit into the home. You will be supported by an experienced team, including a Senior Support Worker, Shift Lead and a Clinical and Educational team.

Liaise with clients to obtain detailed briefs for projects with support from more senior team members where necessaryWrite up the brief for any assigned projects, verify details with lead account personnel and client (s)For complex projects, take part in brainstorming and project costing meetings under the direction of lead account personnelDevelop project timelines for approval by lead account personnelFor assigned projects, communicate the brief and timelines to the rest of the internal team (including team members from other departments) at a kick-off meeting, together with all other relevant informationLiaise appropriately with all relevant departments, providing information that may assist them in their day-to-day workDrive the day-to-day project management of all assigned projects within an account and be the primary point of contact for the clientBe the principal point of contact with specified external suppliers and define their roles. Inform them of, and enforce adherence to, the administration processes involved in working with SH (e.g. additional costs outside budget to be advised in writing prior to them being incurred, completion of timesheets, etc.)Comply with agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs) so that the team works in an effective mannerMaintain status sheets in the preferred format and frequency for the client and lead internal and client status updates, where appropriateKeep complete project files that are easy for all parties to navigateWork closely with the rest of the team to set up new systems/processes, as required, to optimally manage the account(s)Under the direction of lead account personnel manage project risks and take corrective action e.g. arrange and/or attend commencement and closure meetingsParticipate in closure meetings so that lessons learnt during the implementation of the project are understood by the account team and corrective action by individuals is carried throughEnsure, in conjunction with other account personnel, that information about team successes and advice on best practice is shared with other SH teamsFollow up on any assigned actions from client meetings

Regularly scrub in specialisms such as Ophthalmology, ENT, Urology, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, and Gynaecology.Maintain cleanliness and stock control within the Theatre department.Act as a circulating person within the scrub team when required.Assist with patient transfer from trolley to table under supervision.Collect and escort patients as needed.

Provide strategic direction and manage tactical delivery of scientific content for a range of deliverables that meet client needs, internal quality standards and timelines:Act as editorial lead for one or more accounts and provide the main point of contact on matters of scientific content for the client and external experts o Provide editorial quotes for costing purposesAdvise Scientific Services Director and (Senior) Scientific Team Lead about editorial resource requirements
