At the Key Health, we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, with the aim of supporting them with their needs in timely and professional manner.

We are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Support Worker/Care Assistant to care for our service users across the Chester (CH1) area. We are recruiting staff on a temporary to permanent basis where you will be on a probation period for 3 months before you move across permanently.

Brief Job Description :-

  • Support the well-being of the people we support, recording and reporting, promote leisurely activities and take part in these in-house/community, work towards the goals of the people we support
  • Implementation of the care plans - reporting any changes in needs
  • Uphold the tasks of the day that are assigned by the management team and the operations of the home

We require :-

  • Minimum 1 year experience of working in an adult social care setting within UK (autism, ligature/self-harm, mental health, challenging behaviour, diabetes, personal care, moving and handling, medication administration)
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)
  • Ability to provide 2 references covering last 4 years work history (one from current or most recent employer)
  • Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable)
  • Full Manual Driving License
  • PBS Trained (Desirable)
  • Physical Intervention trained (Desirable - PMVA, MAPA, NHS and any others can be accepted, will accept expired training also)

Hours :-

8am-10pm (Day shift)

10pm-8am (Overnight waking night)

Salary :-

Weekday: 14.50 per hour

Night/Weekend: 14.75 per hour
