Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working closely with a well-established Architectural design studio in Chester, seeking to recruit a Principal Designer or CDM Advisor to their growing team.

We will also accept applicants looking for part-time work 3 or 4-days per week As one of the longest standing and most successful practices in Cheshire area, the practice pride themselves on their well established client portfolio, featuring in both public and private sectors. With a team of close to 30 Architectural professionals that includes talented and passionate Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, the practice offers a personal approach throughout the whole construction process.

Their work encompasses projects across various sectors: Education, Commercial, Industrial, Health, Residential and countless others.Owing to the new building regulations there is an ever-increasing demand for CDM & Principal designer servies, and this reputable business are looking to bring these skills in-house to streamline their services and offer full turn-key solutions to their clients.

Key duties of the Principal Designer & CDM Advisor include:

  • Developing and reviewing essential CDM documentation for various construction projects.
  • Providing comprehensive Health and Safety support and guidance within the organization.
  • Contributing to company-wide policies.
  • Expanding services to ensure sustainable growth and success.
  • Offering CDM, Health and Safety, and Fire Safety services across different projects and sectors.
  • Conducting training on CDM, Fire Safety, and Health and Safety for internal design teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations throughout the project lifecycle
