We are on the hunt for an outgoing Receptionist to continue the work of our excellent Front Office team. Sound like you?

If so, you'll be brimming with the friendliness and warmth that TROO is famous for, and capable of energising our front of house operations with your infectious enthusiasm. You'll be well-turned out, highly-motivated and brimming with confidence, which you'll use to go above and beyond in making each guests' experience truly special.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is advantageous.
