Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service by proactively managing the process of orders both efficiently and professionally. Your new role You will be key to the relationship development of important internal and external stakeholders and play a pivotal role in providing support to customers. Your role will be to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and correctly within the current terms of sale, guaranteeing accurate invoices to customers.You will be responsible for liaising with drivers regarding the logistics of orders and planning the accurate movement of finished products to satisfy the requirements of distributor and farmer customers. This role will involve following the order in an end-to-end process, from initial order to delivery, so the alibility to work to set deadlines is a must. You will be required to consistently investigate, check and raise credit applications and process customer complaint settlements professionally, so attention to detail and a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role, whether it be customer service or within distribution. Customer Service / Account manager - Permanent - Full-Time - Hybrid model - Your new company My client, a global manufacturing business based in Chester, is seeking a professional customer service / account manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Working from light, airy contemporary offices with ample free parking, you will be required to provide an exemplary service to a large global client base.Your new role The position is being offered full time with a hybrid model in place with standard working hours. Working as part of the Customer Service team, you will be providing high quality customer service by proactively managing the process of orders across a couple of different specialisms efficiently and professionally. Organising the delivery of the product to customers. This is an end-to-end process, from order to delivery, both of which are managed through this role. To consistently provide a first-class service to both internal and external customers Consistently building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders Some of your duties will include but not limited to. Booking hauliers to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met.
