Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Deeside, is seeking an experienced Order Processor / Technical Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. Your new roleThe position is offered full time Monday to Friday and fully based on site. Working within a small, collaborative office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys a varied administrative role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.Hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 08.30am until 17.00pm. Friday 08.30am until 16.00pm The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and internal departments, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the wider team with a range of administrative duties. Some of your duties will include but not limited to. Order Processing: Accurately enter, manage, and track sales orders within the system.Customer Communication: Respond to enquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide exceptional customer support.Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.Record Maintenance: Update and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy.Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics as required.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.Order Management: Process and efficiently monitor customer orders, returns, and refunds.Project Coordination: Support the implementation of gym projects, working directly with the Strategic Business Planner.Logistics Coordination: Manage Trios spare parts processing and coordinate dispatch for larger orders to designated delivery addresses.Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.Dispatch Management: Handle the collation and dispatch of small items and correspondence via Royal Mail and UPS.Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions and administrative tasks.What you'll need to succeedExcellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise workload efficiently.Proficient in order management systems and Microsoft Office SuitePassion for going that extra mile and providing a first-class customer service experience Strong problem-solving skills What you'll get in return25 days holiday + bank holidays Free parking Small and friendly team What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.

Your new companyI am working with a long standing and well established financial planning firm in Chester City Centre to recruit a professional IFA administrator to support with their front of house operation and administration duties to cover a gap in the team!Your new roleWorking in a small firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients utilising the firm's services. You will provide an exceptional front of house service both in person and via the phone. Supporting a team of financial advisers and paraplanners, you will be supporting with administration for investments and other financial processes. You will be responsible for supporting with the preparation of client packs/bundles, managing client correspondence, as well as basic administration such as photocopying, scanning and email management. You will be providing the initial hospitality for clients coming into the business. What you'll need to succeedPrior experience in a professional services environment is essential for this post in order to hit the ground running. You will be professionally presented, and be prepared to use your welcoming demeanour on a day to day basis! Your administration skills will be utilised daily, and you will be comfortable navigating various systems with experience in Wrap Platforms being an advantage! Used to working with discretion, and using your initiative, you will adapt to this busy environment with ease! This is a full time role Monday - Friday, working 9am - 5pm working fully on site in Chester City Centre, so the ability to work in office full time is essential. Please note, parking is limited in this location. What you'll get in returnYou will have an ongoing temporary role until October 2026, working full time hours Monday to Friday!
