What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting advisers with the end-to-end financial planning process
  • Managing client relationships and delivering excellent service
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
  • Liaising with providers and internal teams
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in a Financial Planning / Wealth Management admin or client support role
  • Understanding of pensions and investment products
  • Familiarity with systems like Xplan, IO, or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
