11:55 outdoor performances end.

12pm at the Town Hall Assembly Room will be performances and workshops, face/hand painting, Tai Chi Panda and friends. Along with Ayesha Tan Jones AKA Bones, Maggie Qiang, UK Phoenix Cultural and Arts Assc.

Join us for outdoor parade through Chester city centre and at Chester Town Hall for a spectacular festival celebration to welcome spring. 

From 12pm there will be a Panda Mami festival buffet lunch 

At 1.15pm and 1.30pm, Lions and dragons will enter Panda Mami Restaurant, Newgate Street.
