Wet Felting Workshop – The Last Blooms of Summer

Join us for a full day of hands-on creativity, exploring the art of wet felting in a friendly, relaxed setting. This workshop is ideal for beginners and those looking to build confidence in their felting skills with a huge range of luxury fibre.

In the morning, we'll focus on creating a felted panel inspired by the final flowers of summer – think fading dahlias, hydrangeas, and meadow flowers. You'll learn how to layer wool fibres, blend colours, and use warm water and soap to transform loose fleece into a unique, textured fabric artwork.

After a lunch break (and some quick drying), we'll turn our attention to embellishing your work. You'll have the chance to add hand stitching, extra wool details, and optional embroidery to highlight or add new textures. The afternoon is calm and creative – a chance to slow down and bring your design together.

 High-quality felting wool in a wide range of colours

 Tools, equipment, and embellishments

 Step-by-step guidance and support

 Tea, coffee, biscuits & cake included.

Please bring a packed lunch – we'll have time to sit and eat together before the afternoon session.

You'll go home with a finished piece of felt artwork and the skills to keep exploring wet felting at home.
