Alfred Joseph Penlington

Alfie passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on 5th October 2026, aged 81 years.

Reunited with his beloved Wife, Carol, who he sadly lost only recently in June this year.

A loving Dad to Mark and Sarah. Father-in-Law to Dawn and Kevin. Grandad to Luke, Jess, Abi, Hannah, Jake and Joe. Great-Grandad to Henry, Elliott, Leo, Zac, Rosie, Soraya, Henrik and Sonny. Bonus Great-Grandad to Kyran and Amira.

Alfie will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Alfie’s Funeral Service will take place at Chester Crematorium on Friday 30th October 2026 at 10:40am.
