The Ivy Collection has today (28 April) officially opened the doors to its new Chester restaurant.

It follows an exclusive launch event last week, attended by the Lord Mayor of Chester, Councillor Sherin Akhtar, and local celebrities, including former footballer Ian Rush MBE, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle MBE, and Real Housewives of Cheshire stars.

Situated on Newgate Street, guests can choose from a range of dining options - including breakfast and brunch, afternoon tea and cream tea, à la carte dining, and a traditional Sunday roast.

Seasonal set menus will also be available, designed to bring accessible, everyday luxury to the city's dining scene. Menus include the Heritage Menu which offers two courses for £20.95, as well as its Taste of Spring menu, offering three courses for £32.95.

"Opening The Ivy in Chester is a hugely exciting milestone for us," said Kate Cooper, restaurant operating officer for the North.

"It's been wonderful to see such a positive response already, and we're looking forward to becoming part of Chester's dining landscape for years to come."

Featuring beautifully designed interiors and an outdoor terrace for alfresco dining throughout the seasons, the restaurant's design also pays tribute to Chester's unique heritage, including a curated selection of local artwork.

The Ivy Chester Brasserie will officially open on 32 Newgate Street in Chester, on Tuesday 28 April. You can make a booking here or call 01244 337911.
