Officers are appealing for witnesses and footage following a collision in Chester.

On Monday 25 November, police received reports of a collision on Toll Bar Road, Great Boughton, Chester.

The caller reported the collision occurred shortly before 5.30pm and involved a vehicle and a pedal cycle. The cyclist, a 14-year-old boy, suffered minor injuries, however the vehicle failed to stop at the scene.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a black car.

PC Lena Martin said: "Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances and we are now looking for anyone who witnessed what happened or may have dash cam footage of the incident to come forward to help us identify the vehicle involved."

Anyone with information can contact Cheshire Police here, or call 101, quoting IML-1970737.
