A British retailer specialising in women's sportswear is coming to Chester city centre.

Sweaty Betty is now hiring multiple roles for its new store on Bridge Street, with an official opening date yet to be announced.

Known for stylish and high-performance workout gear, the premium brand is designed specifically for women - built with a strong focus on quality fabrics and empowerment.

In 1998, the brand opened its first store in Notting Hill. Today, customers can shop for Sweaty Betty products across the world, with its closest site in Cheshire Oaks.

The site was formerly home to ōH Design Foundation, a curated design shop and creative hub which featured a gallery, coffee shop and shared studio space.

Creating a platform for local designers, artists and creatives to showcase their work in the city, the venue first opened in November 2023.
