Street food weekend returns to Grosvenor Park this month

A street food weekend will take place at Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre this month.
Officially launching Storyhouse's 2025 Grosvenor Park season, the event will take place on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 June.
Attendees can expect a wide range of food and drink alongside live music, from 12pm to 7pm on both days.
With free entry, a host of Chester businesses will showcase the best of the city's culinary community.

Some of the line-up includes Chester Market's Nice Bites, offering a range of homemade American-style burgers, hotdogs and sides – alongside the city's artisan micro bakery, Kookaburra, which will be on hand for handcrafted Aussie bakes.
More stalls include Chows Street Food, Cheshire Farm Ice Cream and Chester wine bar, Paysan - renowned for its selection of wines, beers and accompanying snacks.
The Street Food Weekend launches this year's Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre festival.
The Grosvenor Park festival site includes a tepee bar, seating areas, fresh wood-fired pizzas, a barbecue, craft beers and frozen cocktails.
A programme of events over July and August includes comedy nights, murder mystery evenings, children's theatre, yoga and mindfulness, pup-friendly activities and a Mad Hatter tea party.

Storyhouse chief executive, Annabel Turpin, said: "I'm delighted we are able to welcome everyone back to the festival site for a second year of fantastic and creative culinary treats.
"There's a wealth of wonderful independent operators in Chester who together are creating a vibrant and exciting food and drink scene.
"We have assembled a really interesting and diverse line-up of vendors who are coming to share their own specialities with our visitors."
