Friday Night Comedy - Friday 13 March - Alexander's Live
Alexander's Live will welcome John Robertson, Nick Doody and Dave Longley to the stage for this week's Friday Night Comedy show.

Chester Food & Craft Festival - Saturday 14 March - Carriage Shed
Chester's Food & Craft Festival returns to the city this weekend, with an exciting range of stalls lined up.
A description for the event reads: "Join us for a fantastic day out at Carriage Shed, from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Entry is FREE and the event is dog friendly!
"Enjoy a vibrant mix of artisan shopping, delicious street food, live local music and a family friendly, relaxed atmosphere as we celebrate some of the North West's most talented independent makers.

The Cheshire Wedding Fayre - Sunday 15 March - Chester Racecourse
The Cheshire Wedding Fayre returns to Chester Racecourse this Sunday with over 60 wedding suppliers.
A description for the event reads: "This must-attend event is ideal for those seeking wedding inspiration, expert advice and exclusive offers. With a specially selected range of amazing suppliers under one roof, it's an unmissable day out for couples planning their wedding.

Luke Jerram's Museum of the Moon - Chester Cathedral
This weekend is the last chance to see 'Museum of the Moon', Chester Cathedral's latest installation.
Artist Luke Jerram's moon sculpture is complete with a surround sound composition created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award-winning composer Dan Jones.
Measuring six metres in diameter, the moon features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon's surface.
You can visit 'Museum of the Moon' at Chester Cathedral until Sunday 15 March 2026.

Chester Amphitheatre: An 8000 year story - Grosvenor Museum
The Grosvenor Museum has now unveiled its latest exhibition, detailing the story of one of Chester's most significant archaeological sites.
A description reads: "Find out what was there before the Romans built the largest amphitheatre in Britain, what new information was revealed about the amphitheatre and what happened in the centuries after the Romans left.
"This exhibition displays discoveries made by the major research excavations at Chester Amphitheatre in 2004 – 2006, a partnership between English Heritage and the then Chester City Council."

Winter Wonder Deal - The Deva Tap
Available via pre-booked tables only, you can get any two dishes (burgers or classics) and a bottle of wine for £39.95 at The Deva Tap as part of its winter wonder deal.
The deal runs until 6pm from Wednesday to Friday. The pub also offers 10% off from Wednesday to Friday until 6pm, and is also applicable to the pizza offer.
On Sunday from 12-2 pm, you can get two roasts (excluding trio) for £22 if pre booked. Or, you can get any two roasts including a trio and a cauliflower side for £29.95.
The Deva Tap is also available for private hire and functions, with upcoming celebrations and events already being booked in.
