Live History will host its new 'Filthy Chester Tour' this Friday 5 September at 5:30pm, meeting outside Chester Visitor Information Centre (where you can buy tickets).

A description for the event reads: "Hear about historical court cases that would make people blush, consider how certain lost buildings played host to disasters - or learn Shakespearean slang that will get you laid.

"This is a tour for those with a dark sense of humour, who relish uncomfortably taboo tales of a more 'adult nature' - grotesque, sexy and obscene language, complete with images of lost local buildings and a bag of naughty replicas.

"Not suitable for those with a sensitive disposition due to taboo stories and contextual swearing. Strictly 18 years and over."

Tickets can also be pre-booked online at www.livehistory.co.uk.
