Police have released CCTV images of a man they'd like to speak to in connection with a burglary in Chester.

At approximately 4.14pm on the 23 December 2024, a man broke into an address in Beaconfield Street.

The occupant of the address disturbed the suspect who fled from the house in the direction of Boughton.

Police Constable, James Wright, of the Chester's Proactive Team said: "Thankfully in this case the suspect fled empty handed, however it was still a distressing incident for the victim to find an unknown person inside his home.

"As part of enquiries we'd urge anyone who recognises this man to contact us so that we can progress with our enquiries."

Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or via the website quoting 24001075476.

Alternatively information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
