Liverpool resident charged following Chester pub burglary

A man has been charged following a burglary at a Chester pub.

On 28 August, a man entered the private area of the Peacock pub on Christleton Road.

Whilst in the building, he allegedly gained access to a safe and took cash.

Following an investigation into the theft, Darren O'Reilly, from Strada Way, Liverpool, has been charged.

The 40-year-old will appear at Chester Magistrates on Monday 1 September.
