An independent florist and matcha business is set to open a permanent base at Eastgate Square.

Natalya x Harper will bring together luxury floristry, handcrafted matcha, açaí bowls and floral event styling services in one location.

The purpose-built kiosk has been designed specifically for Natalya x Harper's concept, which combines bespoke floristry with açaí bowls and matcha drinks.

Based in Rhos-on-Sea, Natalya's Home Story specialises in fresh flower arrangements for a range of occasions, including weddings, celebrations and everyday gifting. The business is also known for its bespoke floral designs and installations.

The business recently created floral installations for the opening of H beauty in Chester and hosted a sold-out Mother's Day pop-up.

Opening later this year, the kiosk will be located at the top of Newgate Row, close to the forthcoming Mango store.

"Natalya x Harper is exactly the sort of business we want to champion at Eastgate Square," said Gary Martin, director at Martin Property Group.

"It's an original concept, led by passionate entrepreneurs, that brings something genuinely new to the city. We believe in investing in experiences that make people want to spend time here, and we're delighted to support the next chapter of Natalya x Harper's journey."

Natalya Thearle-Roberts and Sarah Kelbrick, founders of Natalya x Harper, said the positive response they had received in Chester had encouraged them to open a permanent location in the city.

They added: "From the floral installation at H beauty to the Mother's Day event, the support has been incredible, and so many people asked if we'd be staying.

"Opening a permanent home at Eastgate Square feels like the natural next step for us.

"While we're continuing to grow, Chester has always felt like the right place to build something lasting."

Lisa Rogers, centre manager at Eastgate Square, said the response from visitors showed there was strong interest in Natalya x Harper becoming part of the shopping destination.

She added: "We're incredibly proud to be working alongside another ambitious, female-led independent business and to be creating a home for a concept that brings together beautiful floristry, great food and drink and memorable experiences.

"It's exactly the sort of business that adds another layer to what makes spending time in the city centre so enjoyable, and we can't wait to see it open."

Construction of the bespoke kiosk is now underway, with further opening details to be announced in the coming weeks.
