Storyhouse is set to host a weekend of events exploring living without children.

Commencing on 12 September, attendees can expect to build community, share stories, raise awareness and make connections.

The full line-up of events will be announced later in the year, designed to create a space "for connection and conversation to explore living without children".

Early bird weekend passes are now on sale, with the weekend pass priced at £20 (regular price will be £35).

Book your early bird weekend pass today for access to the entire weekend of events and secure your space at the lowest price.

A representative for Storyhouse said: "We have a series of festivals and events which we curate with the community.

"We realise not everyone resonates with the word childless however we have worked closely with a focus group to discuss and agree on one word we could use.

"This event is for everyone living without children and will explore many aspects of this experience, so please don't be put off from attending if childless is not a word you identify with.

"This event will be an opportunity to meet and hear from others living without children.

"Please be reassured that no one will be asked to disclose their own 'label' unless they want to."

Due to the growing size of the festival, the events will be held in both the Garret Theatre and the Main Theatre.
