Chester's first independent poke bowl destination has officially opened on Northgate Street.

Serving up vibrant and nourishing bowls, the new eatery offers signature Hawaiian poke bowls, açai bowls, kombucha, matcha, fresh smoothies and barista coffee.

Founded by husband-and-wife local duo Shaf and Lydia, the pair are no strangers to Chester's independent food scene.

The couple has built a passionate team, many of whom have worked alongside them before, to bring the new concept to life.

"We wanted to create a space that makes healthy eating fun, accessible and full of flavour," said co-owner Shaf.

"This is food that fuels you but also excites you.

"We're here to prove that nourishing meals can be crave-worthy and cool."

Inspired by global flavours and grounded in wellness, Poke Bowl sources high-quality ingredients and builds every dish fresh to order.

Guests can choose from curated signature bowls or customise their own with a wide range of bases, proteins, toppings and sauces.

Now open six days a week with growing demand, the team is looking to extend opening hours into the evening to make post-work takeaways easier than ever.
