Two former Chester Townhouse employees recently made their food truck debut at Deva Fest.

Headed by Scott Hesketh and Dilwyn "Dill" Jones, Foxxy Foods Ltd is a new mobile catering venture, offering indulgent loaded fries and pies.

Having made its latest debut at DevaFest 2025, the duo first crossed paths at local hotel, the Chester Townhouse, where Dill worked as head chef and Scott as a kitchen porter.

United by a love for food, the pair teamed up to bring Foxxy Foods to life, serving up creations like Dirty Den Fries, Fiery Fox Fries, with chili beef or beans, and Proper Foxy Fries - loaded with chips, cheese and gravy.

"DevaFest was the perfect launch for Foxxy Foods," said co-owner Scott Hesketh.

"The crowds loved it, and we're excited to keep sharing our passion for great food across Cheshire and beyond – all with a focus on quality and what we would call 'foxy fair' pricing.

"What was also great was we picked up several bookings whilst at Devafest for future events.

"It truly was fantastic"

Scott and Dill are now taking bookings for all occasions, including weddings and private events, to bring gourmet street food to any gathering.

Open to experimenting with their menus, the owners revealed they are keen to discover what dishes excite customers the most.

You can find Foxxy Foods on Instagram or contact the team at [email protected].
