Chester Cathedral will host Luxmuralis next month, with a brand new show for Chester, 'Poppy Fields'.

Luxmuralis is a range of immersive fine art, light and sound installations around the UK and abroad.

The sound and light show will take guests on an immersive journey through fine art, sound and light installations.

'Poppy Fields' will incorporate a collection of fine art projection artworks that reflect on the end of World War One and World War Two.

The evening aims to look at the hopes and wishes for peace in the world and the future.

Chester Cathedral will be transformed by the illuminations, utilising a brand-new route around the building, with a reduced number of people able to enter per session via the south west porch.

'Poppy Fields' will run from 18 February 2025 to 22 February 2025.

Entry will be staggered from 5.30pm with last entry at 8.15pm.

Tickets are priced at £10.50 for adults, £7 for children and concessions at £9.50.

You can buy tickets and find out more here.
