The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, from the moment they walk through the door.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.Communication: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and handle inquiries with professionalism.Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm customer appointments, coordinating with the sales and service teams.Administrative Tasks: Maintain a tidy reception area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with basic administrative duties.Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.What We're Looking For:Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or customer-facing role is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
