You'll play a key role in driving sales, building trust, and helping customers find the right solutions to suit their needs. What You'll Be Doing:
- Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers - no cold calling.
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and confidence
- Promoting offers, products, and services while tailoring solutions to each customer.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with your team to share ideas, support one another, and celebrate success.
- Previous experience in a telesales or target-driven customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilient, positive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- A customer-first attitude, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Quick to learn and adaptable - full training will be provided.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
- On-target commission earnings of £4,000 per year, with higher potential for overachievers.
