We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to help us drive the next phase of growth.

Marketing Specialist Role: Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads across our service pillars, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), optimise digital assets, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to convert ideal customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Profiling

   • Refine ICPs.
   • Build lists via Apollo/LinkedIn.
   • Share insights with sales.

2. Campaigns

   • Run email, ads, LinkedIn campaigns.
   • Create assets.
   • Align with launches

3. Content

   • Manage landing pages.
   • Support SEO blogs, resources.
   • Optimise CTAs.

4. Email

   • Build CRM campaigns
   • Run outreach with Lemlist/Instantly.
   • Improve email metrics.

5. Analytics

   • Track MQLs, SQLs, CPL.
   • Use Analytics/Dynamics/Power BI.
   • A/B test creatives.

6. Collaboration

   • Align with sales/creatives.
   • Provide scripts/assets/reports.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in B2B lead or demand generation
• Skilled in ICP targeting, campaign execution, and funnel optimisation.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Lemlist, Canva, or GA4.
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills with a creative edge.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn/Google Ads management.
