About the Role:Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Chester. This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales team, drive sales performance, and identify growth opportunities in the region.Role Overview:As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring that customer needs are met with excellent service.Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team in meeting KPIs and sales targetsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunitiesWork with the Branch Manager to identify new sales leads and business opportunitiesAssist the team in delivering high levels of customer serviceHelp manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting of leads and opportunitiesTake responsibility for key accounts, maximizing their potential and ensuring client satisfactionContribute to maintaining margin levels and driving profitability in line with company targetsSupport day-to-day sales operations, including preparing quotes, handling customer queries, and addressing urgent sales needsRequirements/Qualifications:Previous experience in a Builders Merchant environment is essentialProven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business DevelopmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth within existing accountsA proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer interaction recordsWhy Join Us?Our client offers a competitive salary, a bonus package based on performance, and opportunities for career growth within a respected company in the industry.
