We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn't afraid to chase a few answers, and takes real pride in producing high-quality bid responses. It's not just admin - it's the first step in winning new work.
What's on offer
• Salary up to £28,000 • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm • Supportive team with exposure across sales, marketing, and tendering • Varied workload - every day a bit different • Chance to shape and improve processes, not just follow them
What you'll be doing
• Coordinating bid and PQQ submissions - keeping things accurate, timely, and well presented • Reviewing contract portals and identifying new opportunities • Owning external enquiries and being first point of contact with prospects • Liaising with internal subject matter experts to gather and check submission content • Submitting PQQs and supporting tender proposals with the senior team • Keeping CRM tools (like HubSpot) updated and accurate • Assisting with marketing tasks - from content creation to social media posts • Raising purchase orders, booking meetings, and general team support
What you'll need
• Confident communicator across all levels, internal and external • Strong time management and organisation skills - you'll need both • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office • GCSEs A -C in English and Maths • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable juggling tasks • Previous experience in bids, sales support or coordination
