Job Overview: As a Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Registering customers and matching them with suitable properties
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between all parties involved in the transaction
  • Maximising branch income through cross-selling services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance
  • Consistently providing exceptional customer service
Requirements: While industry experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous sales or customer service experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
